Returning products

The buyer may request the return of products in the following situations:

The parcels show severe damage;

Products were delivered/invoiced incorrectly. Deliveries other than those requested must be reported immediately. The buyer may request its return for replacement and, if the product is no longer in stock, may choose to have it replaced or receive a full refund. If you agree to replace it with a higher value product, you will pay the difference, or if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. Return and transport costs for the replacement product, if any, are borne by the customer.

The products have manufacturing defects;

The Buyer shall have the right to notify the Seller in writing that it renounces the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days of receipt of the product. Also, in accordance with Article 7 para. 1 of O.G. 130/2000, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, in writing, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product(s), without penalty and without giving any reason. In this case, the direct costs of returning the products shall be borne by the Buyer, in accordance with the law.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, with invoice attached, and show no signs of physical wear or damage.

Customised products cannot be returned. Please note that these products are created according to your specified configurations and cannot be exchanged or returned.

If the replacement with a higher value product is agreed, the Buyer will pay the difference or, if the value is lower, will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. Return and freight costs for the replacement product, if any, shall be borne by the Buyer. If the products to be returned have damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, scratches, dents, we reserve the right to decide to accept the return or to withhold an amount, which will be communicated after assessing the damage.

In case of exercising the legal right to return the product, the reimbursement of its value will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Buyer within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 calendar days, according to O.U.G. no. 34/2014. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is obliged to notify Synergy Therm of his intention to return the purchased products by a written communication to str. Mihail Kogalniceanu nr. 49A or by sending an e-mail to: office@synergytherm.com, within 14 days of receiving the products.

Effects of withdrawal

If the Customer exercises his right of withdrawal, he must return the products in the same condition in which they were delivered (in the original packaging with all accompanying documents: boxes, labels, instructions/other documents (if any), etc.) no later than 14 days from the date on which the Customer notified Synergy Therm of his intention to withdraw from the contract.

We will return the product price by bank transfer, including delivery costs, within 14 days of the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from this Contract.

The additional service fee including but not limited to the additional delivery costs caused by the fact that a Customer has chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery methods offered by Synergy Therm, paid by the Customer, shall not be refunded.

Synergy Therm may postpone the refund until the date on which it receives the goods back or until the Customer provides proof that it has sent the goods to Synergy Therm, whichever is the earlier. In all cases, the return/shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The Customer's right to cancel a Contract only applies to products that are returned in the same condition in which they were received. No refund will be made if the product has been used after unsealing, if it is not in the same condition in which it was delivered or if it is damaged. By opening the individual packaging in which the ordered products have been delivered means that the products have been unsealed, that they are as ordered and meet your requirements, these products cannot be returned to Synergy Therm and cannot be subject to the right of withdrawal by the Customer.
