when we will deliver?

Rules regarding the delivery of products on based on the information provided:

The delivery period begins with the latest of the following dates: a) order confirmation, b) fulfilment of the premises by the buyer, c) receipt of the down payment or guarantee by the seller.

The seller may make partial or advance deliveries and will invoice the buyer.

If delivery on request is accepted, the goods are considered as requested at the latest 1 year after the order has been placed.

In the event of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, the delivery period shall be extended by the duration of the situation.

Orders over 250 lei, up to 5 kg, receive free shipping within the country.

Orders are processed Monday – Friday 10:00-18:00, with the possibility of extension during busy periods.

If the package cannot be delivered, the parcels remain with the local courier for 7 days, after which they return to the shipper.

Seller is not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, damaged or undelivered due to circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions, road blockages, natural or man-made causes.

The seller is not responsible for non-compliance with orders by suppliers and third parties, which may affect delivery.

what if there is a problem?
