As Co-Founder & Head of Marketing at Synergy Therm, I coordinate the development and implementation of the brand’s marketing strategy, from positioning and communication to new product launches and integrated campaigns. I am involved in the entire portfolio development process, identifying market opportunities, defining product concepts, and working closely with the research, production, and design teams to turn ideas into consumer-relevant products.

I develop brand growth strategies and coordinate collaborations with influencers, content creators, and ambassadors. I also oversee the creative direction of all communication materials, from packaging and visual identity to digital and offline campaigns, with the goal of strengthening brand awareness and supporting its long-term growth.
