📍 Sectors 4, 5 and 6 of Bucharest and Prahova County.

🔹 Ideal Candidate

• Graduate of higher education (pharmaceutical, chemistry, biochemistry, or similar field);
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, sales, customer relations, or merchandising field;
• Category B driving license and availability for frequent travel within the assigned counties;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills;
• Performance-oriented person with a positive attitude and proactive mindset;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Permanent residence in one of the cities within the assigned area.

🔹 What You Will Do

• You will promote the company’s products and image to doctors and pharmacies in your area, in line with the brand strategy;
• You will organize and participate in presentations, round tables, congresses, and medical symposiums;
• You will manage direct sales to private clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals;
• You will prospect the market and develop and maintain strong professional relationships with all partners;
• You will monitor competitors and propose creative solutions for brand development;
• You will create sales plans and track the achievement of profitability objectives;
• You will contribute to updating the database with doctors and pharmacies in the territory;
• You will meet deadlines, prepare clear reports, and work closely with the sales team to maximize results.
