Medical representative Iași/Suceava and Craiova/Pitești

Requirements:

• Graduate required

• Driving license category B and willingness to travel (the activity will be carried out in several counties)
  - allocated in Iasi/Suceava and Craiova/Pitești area

• Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills

• performance/result oriented person

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Residence in the selected cities and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position are required

Job description

• Promote the company's products and image to doctors and pharmacists in the assigned area, in accordance with the company's strategy;
• Participates and organizes roundtables and presentations to physical locations (pharmacies, drugstores) and physicians;
• Participate in symposia and congresses;
• Prepare reports on promotional activities;
• Gather information from the territory on competitors;
• Contribute to the creation of an accurate database by identifying new doctors and pharmacists, or those not seen by the company.
• Promotion and direct sales of products in the portfolio to different categories of customers: Private Clinics, State Hospitals, Pharmacies and other categories of customers
• Prospecting, initiating and maintaining professional relationships with all clients
• Achieving sales plans and reaching the zonal profitability target
• Increase sales in the allocated area, collect balances on time, focus on achieving targets and manage resources.
• Forming, maintaining and updating the database of contacts in the assigned territory
• Meeting deadlines, preparing reports and communicating with management
• Participation in conferences, congresses, specialist symposia. Organizing medical presentations to clients.
• Monitoring competition activity and proposing measures to combat it
• Weekly/monthly activity planning and client portfolio expansion
• Document management according to company procedures.
